This bike rack has a pull pin in the back that allows to you fold down the rack for easy storage when not in use. The rack could tilt away by turning the red knob behind the rack so you could get access to the rear.

4. Adjustable Cradles for Wider Accommodation
The ratchet zip straps will secure the bike frame in its cradle. The 360°rotating cradle and 3.2'' spacing accommodates a wide range of traditional bikes frames and prevent your bike from banging against each other. To mount certain bikes (such as woman bike/ child bike/ step-through bike/ dual-suspension bike) on a horizontal level may require a bike adapter bar.
